There will be a registration fee of $95.00 per person That includes the cost of the Meet and Greet, Sat Dinner and Sunday Breakfast.

 

Accommodations for the reunion are your own responsibility. We highly recommend  the  Westerly hotel as they are offering rooms at a reduced rate.

UPDATES

When booking accommodations at the host hotel, the Best Western – Westerly Hotel in Courtenay, refer to the Fire Ftr Reunion and ask for the government rate.  20 rooms have been blocked for the Reunion at this rate.  Senior’s rates will apply after the first 20 rooms have  been booked.    Folks are reminded that other nearby hotels may have better rates.  Any questions or concerns can be referred to Army (Don) Armstrong at dunrovin3@shaw.ca

Fire Fighter Reunion

Comox, BC


9 - 11 September 2016


The following are activities we are planning for Saturday morning and afternoon prior to the banquet. Taking in the wine and boat tours may be difficult, however  if there is enough interest in both we will make every effort to make it happen.

 

Golf - Reg is organizing the golf again this year. Each golfer will be required to pay his or her own green fees on arrival. Further information will be posted later.

 

Boat Tour- This activity limited to 12 people per tour which lasts around two hours and will cost $30.00 per person. If enough interest is shown, we will arrange additional tours. Bring your own coolers.

 

Wine Tour - We are considering four local wineries which offer tasting and food. This tour will last approximately 3 to 4 hours. There may be a small fee for transportation.

 

Transportation to and from will be established as we approach the reunion date.
